Chinese Hash

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions
1 cup chopped celery (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Brown ground beef and mix in all other ingredients

3. Add mixture to 9x13 pan, cover, and cook for 60 minutes

4. After 60 minutes, remove cover and bake for another 5 minutes
